WHAT IS MY SIZE?

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please kindly note that delivery delays can be caused by public holidays in Asia and Europe, and unforeseen circumstances relating to our logistics partners as well as your local customs.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order.

Once your order has been processed, the items ordered will be dispatched by our warehouse. You will then receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your order.


HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTION CODE?

At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, click “I have a promotion code”, enter the code, and press “Apply”. Be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the code.

Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

 Contact [email protected] within 30 minutes after you have placed your order. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the correspondence.

 

WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS AND VAT?

 When you order from a country within the EU you pay the price including Swedish VAT and no other fees are added. However, when you order from a country outside of the EU, you will be responsible for the local VAT and customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.

 

IN WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED?

We will always charge you in the currency that is displayed on the website. Be sure to select the country you are located in in the dropdown menu on the homepage to ensure the correct currency.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We apply a 14 days no questions asked return policy when you purchase through www.mightysolo.com. This applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Mighty Solo in order to get a return address to send the item to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer.
